Teacher Grant Application

The Hudsonville Education Foundation invests in academic opportunities for Hudsonville Public School students by providing funding for resources that enrich education. 

Hudsonville Public School District educators are encouraged to apply for up to $2,000 in grant funding between now and Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Recipients will be selected and notified in the summer before the 2024/2025 school year.

Grant funds will not be awarded for food, t-shirts, or other non-reusable items, transportation, substitute teachers, or the same program for more than one year.

Grant funds are not awarded retroactively. 

Grants are evaluated in collaboration with HPS. Please ensure your building principal is aware of your grant application before submission so they can confirm that the district hasn’t already budgeted for or purchased the requested resources. 

Please note the application does not allow you to save your work. We suggest you draft your responses in a separate document and copy them over to the application for submission.
