With funds provided by the HEF, Mrs. Ally Harder was able to purchase life skills and future job-related technology for her ASD students to use at Baldwin Street Middle School. Students in her classroom now have the opportunity to learn and practice with manipulatives to learn to code, increase their visual-spatial skills, improve fine motor abilities, encourage creativity, and also understand and use basic tools (such as a hammer, screwdriver, and wrench) correctly.
